HoS restates Government’s commitment to capacity building

Head of Service, Mrs. Folashade Adesoye, has reiterated the commitment of the Akinwunmi Ambode Administration to capacity building at all levels the Public Service.

Speaking at the opening of a 1-day Special Induction Programme sponsored by Office of the Head of Service, Adesoye stated that the commitment was borne out of the understanding that doing so made a lot of business sense to the achievement of the desire of Government to build a smart and resilient city. The special 1-day intensive programme, facilitated by the Centre, reviewed the following sessions with the senior civil servants:Vision, Mission and the Lagos State Development Plan (2012 -2025);

Overview of Reforms in the Public Service;Administrative Procedures in the Public Service;Financial and Procurement Management in the Public Service; and Transactional Analysis - A Tool for Relationship Management and Effective Communication in the Public Service.
