ADIO-MOSES, Adekunmilola Toluwase

Director-General

Development Economist and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Mr. Adekunmilola Adio-Moses is Director-General, PSSDC. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Economics, from University of Ibadan and University of Lagos, respectively. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Ghana and Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government), United States of America. A versatile Public Administrator, Adio-Moses presents over 20 years professional experience in the Lagos State Public Service, where he has been actively involved in the design and implementation of several key developmental and innovative reform initiatives including implementation of the Lagos State Government Global Computerisation Project (which set up Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution), the World Bank-Assisted Lagos Metropolitan Development and Governance Project (LMDGP); and Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC) Institutional Transformation Plan. He also played active roles in the design and implementation of Project WHEEL which included the design of Strategic Management Framework (SMF), Activity Management Framework (AMF), Impact Assessment Framework (IAF) in conjunction with Messrs. PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), establishment of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund and delivery of DFID-SPARC - supported Public Service Management Reforms; PEFA-PFM Reforms; and Policy & Strategy Monitoring and Evaluation Reforms, establishment of the Administration &Human Resources Cadre in the Lagos State Public Service even as he pioneered the Financial Intelligence & Research Department in the Lagos State Treasury Office. Additionally, Mr. Adio-Moses assisted in the coordination of the Lagos State Economic Summits (Ehingbeti). During his stint in the Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI), he was part of the team that midwifed Mainstreaming Creativity & Innovation initiatives and Establishing a Growth Mindset campaign in the State Public Service. He was a Member, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu (BOS) Strategy Team, in preparation for the Transition programme to usher in Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu’s tenure and Member, Security and Governance Committee (Governor Sanwo-Olu’s Transition Committee). In addition, he has been a part-time Consultant on Public Financial Management Assessment for Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) in Abuja and Cross-River State PEFA Assessment in partnership with UNICEF/Policy Associates. A proud Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, Mr. Adio-Moses is married and blessed with children.
