Fountain of Life (PSSDC) CMS elects New Officers
The Centre’s Cooperative Multipurpose Society (Fountain of Life Cooperative Multipurpose Society) has elected new executives to run the affairs of the Society for another two years. 

At the end of voting in the election, which was moderated by the Department of Cooperatives, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives, Mrs. Risikat Oluwatoyin Ishola, was returned to her position as president unopposed.  Other positions that were returned unopposed were Assistant Secretary General and Treasurer, which had Mrs. Yemisi Fadahunsi and Mr. Amos Adegbite respectively.
The votes for the Vice-President went into rerun following a tie between Mr. Michael Uvujowia and Mr. Eyitemi Idris. Uvujowia was eventually returned. 

In the ballot for Secretary-General, Mrs. Roseline Alli defeated Mrs. Adeola Olaoluwa while Mrs. Idayat Oladepo defeated Mrs. Deborah Adeniyi-James for the position of Financial Secretary.
The Supervisory Committee election returned Mrs. Folashade Sulaiman, Mr. Adeyinka Adelaja and Mrs. Comfort Oreoluwa.

In her acceptance speech, the new President, Mrs. Risikat Ishola, thanked all members of the Society and promised to continue to uphold the transparency and accountability for which the Society had been known since inception over 20 years ago.
