SHOLAJA, Kolawole Olufemi, Director Programmes. He holds Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sociology, Masters of Science in Industrial Sociology of the University of Ibadan.

He started his career as a Youth Development Officer with Lagos State Government in 1991. He joined the service of PSSDC in 1996 as Senior Programme Development Officer and rose through rank to the position of a Director. He is a member of many professional bodies including Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON) and has participated in many conferences and professional fora. He presently represents the PSSDC on the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He is a Certified trainer by the Nigerian Council on Management Development having attended the Basic Trained The Trainer (TTT) Courses Organised by Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) Topo  Badagry  in 1996 and WAMDEVIN in 2007 and the Advanced T.T.T organized by Centre for Management Development (C.M.D.)            

Sholaja worked as a counterpart staff of PriceWater & Coopers(PWC) in 2008 on the   Strategic Management Framework (S.M.F) for Lagos State Government and  also with State Partnership for Accountability Responsiveness &Capability (SPARC) and DFID  on Public Service Reforms specifically on Stream3 that worked on HR Policy, and Structure  for Lagos State. He worked with the CIPM on the development and design of training for the professionalisation of Human Resource Management cadre in the Public Service. 

In his career as a trainer, he has designed, developed and delivered many training programmes for managers and officers in both Public and Private sectors of the Nigerian economy.
