This service is anchored by our Management Consultancy Services Directorate and it encompasses a wide range of consultancy services including training consultancies, Management, Organisational Development and Reengineering. At PSSDC, consultancy means facilitating change and developing workable solutions alongside our clients rather than providing blueprints.

Over the years, PSSDC Consulting has been involved in the following consultancies which were successfully implemented:

Creation of the database of Training Service Providers for the World Bank-sponsored Lagos EKO Secondary Education Project,
Creation of the database of Training Service Providers for intending consultants of the Lagos State Ministry of Establishments, Training & Pensions
Conduct of Pre-promotion Performance Assessment Examinations for the Lagos State Public Service
Design, development and implementation of Structured Training Programme for the promotion of staff in the Lagos State Public Service
Design, development and implementation of Pre-retirement Training Programmes for the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR)
Conduct of Pre-promotion Performance Assessment Examinations for staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
